One tap, and the people around you start moving.

Atlas is a safety network for India. Press SOS and your family, verified volunteers nearby and, when it's serious, doctors and ambulance partners are alerted on one incident that grows with the emergency.

मदद पास है — help is near.

Medical Emergency

You're eKYC verified, so all three levels are open.

Three things, built around the people near you

    SOS

Press a button, pick how strong the response should be, and Atlas alerts the right people straight away. They help, and the incident is closed. Sending an SOS is never charged.

    Marketplace

Find a verified professional nearby, request a job, get it done, and both sides leave feedback that shapes who gets booked next.

    Find My Atlas QR

Every user has a unique QR code. If they're ever found hurt or unconscious, anyone can scan it and raise help for them.

Help comes in rings, and the rings can grow

You pick how strong the response should be. That choice isn't final: anyone close to you can widen it as things change, and it stays one incident with one ID the whole way through.

    Level 1, Emergency Support
Your emergency list: the neighbours, friends and family you chose. Everyone on it is alerted together, no ranking. Open to every user, verified or not.
    Level 2, Community Response
Adds verified volunteers nearby who signed up to help with this kind of emergency, and only that kind.
    Level 3, Full Emergency Response
Adds doctors, ambulance partners and other responders who fit what's actually wrong, where they're available.

Levels 2 and 3 need eKYC verification, so the people who answer know the call is real.

    One fall, one incident

    1. A user falls at home and taps Medical Emergency at Level 1. Their emergency list is alerted.
    2. A neighbour on the list arrives and sees them getting worse. Standing right there, they raise it to Level 2. Nearby volunteers join.
    3. A volunteer sees it's a medical case and raises it to Level 3. Doctors and ambulance partners are added.
    4. Same incident ID throughout. Everyone who joined sees the full history, location and chat.

Only people physically close to you can raise the level. Atlas checks their location first.

    Raise it first, explain later

Help starts moving the moment you press SOS. You never have to describe the emergency first. Add the details later, or let a volunteer or doctor add them for you.

    It notices when help arrives

Atlas uses location to tell when helpers reach you and when enough have arrived. Nobody has to stop and press a button.

    It escalates when help doesn't

For categories that allow it, Atlas raises the level on its own after a set wait, and tells you up front how long that wait is.

    It keeps working

Push alerts go out first with SMS as a backup, so an SOS still goes through when the network, GPS or a server fails.

What happens once you've pressed SOS

    Everyone can say yes
Many helpers can accept at once, and you see who is coming.
    Live location and ETA
Watch each helper on the map and see roughly when they'll reach you.
    Chat inside the incident
You and everyone helping can talk to each other in one place.
    Details, whenever you're ready
You, a volunteer or a doctor can add what's wrong. Each update checks again who should be told.
    For you or someone else
Raise an SOS for yourself, for a dependent, or for a stranger you've found in distress.
    Close it when you're safe
Cancel or close the incident yourself. Helpers can flag an SOS that looks fake.

Nine buttons. Tapping one starts the SOS.

Every user starts with the same nine categories. Put them in any order you like, as often as you like. Need something else, like Fire / Rescue? Swap it in from the Emergency Library, or suggest a category we're missing.

If someone finds you, your QR speaks for you

Every Atlas user gets one QR code linked to their Atlas ID. Scanning it opens their profile page, and nothing else.

Strangers see only your public profile. Your private profile stays hidden until you approve access, live. Your medical profile is visible to medical professionals only.

"I found this Atlas user in distress and I am reporting the SOS on their behalf."

Sent with every report. It starts the normal SOS flow for that person, with their location, the reporter and the time attached.

    • Search by service or by name, and see who's nearby.
    • Only professionals who are verified, available and serve your area are shown.
    • Book for right now or for later. Reschedule if your plans change.
    • Compare everyone who accepts on trust score, distance and price, then pick one.
    • Follow the job from on the way to done, with before and after photos.

    • Switch on Professional mode in the Atlas account you already have.
    • List your profession, skills and services, and set your own prices.
    • Choose when you're available and how far you'll travel.
    • Pass ID, face and background checks once, then go live.
    • Get requests from people nearby. Accept the ones that suit you.

    Reviews from real jobs

Only someone who actually booked you can rate you, so every review is verified.

    A trust score that moves

Good, finished jobs raise it. No-shows and cancellations lower it, and professionals with poor scores rank lower or get restricted.

    Your go-to people

Mark a professional as preferred and book them again in a tap.

    Fair disputes

If something goes wrong, raise a dispute with photos and details. The Atlas team reviews it and decides.

Be the help that's already nearby

Volunteers are the second ring. When someone close to you needs help with something you've said you can handle, you're one of the first to know.

    1. Sign up as a volunteer from your Atlas account and agree to the volunteer terms.
    2. Get verified with an ID check, a face check and a criminal background check.
    3. Choose what you'll help with. You only get alerts for those categories.
    4. Set when and how far. Switch availability on or off, and pick your radius.

Atlas can suspend volunteers who misuse it, and anyone can report a problem with a volunteer.

    Questions people ask

Does sending an SOS cost anything?

No. An SOS is free at every level, every time. You only pay if you want more than nine categories or more than four category swaps.

What if I haven't completed eKYC?

You can still send a Level 1 SOS to your emergency list. Levels 2 and 3 reach volunteers and professionals, so they need you to be verified first. If you pick one, Atlas asks you to finish eKYC.

What if my internet or GPS stops working?

Atlas is built so that an SOS still goes through when the network, GPS, push notifications or a server fail. Alerts go out by push first, with SMS as a backup.

Can I raise an SOS for someone else?

Yes. You can raise one for anyone with their location, for a dependent from their profile, or for a stranger by scanning their Find My Atlas QR.

Who can see my medical information?

Only medical professionals. It's kept separate from your public profile and your private profile.

Could someone misuse my QR code?

A scan only opens your public profile. Your private profile needs your approval in real time. Every scan, request and report is logged, and Atlas limits repeated scans and fake reports.

    What stops fake SOS alerts?

Levels 2 and 3 need a verified identity, helpers can report an SOS as fake, and every step of every incident is recorded.

    Which languages does Atlas support?

The SOS screens are in English and Hindi from the start.

    Be someone's Level 2.

We're building Atlas in English and Hindi, for users, volunteers and professionals alike.

The Atlas app is coming soon.
